Dates and its benefits


Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) used to plant date trees himself. Dates should be eaten with almonds to annul any adverse effects. Fresh dates should also be eaten at the time of childbirth. It helps increasing the blood and weight as well as good for anemic.


The Prophet (Peace be upon him) said:
 “He who eats seven ‘Ajwa dates every morning, will not be affected by poison or magic on the day he eats them. -Sahih Bukhari-

Figs and its benefits




Fresh figs are normally dried. Figs are a good source of potassium, a mineral that helps to control blood pressure. They are also a good source of dietary fiber - a sweet way to loose weight. The fruit and its fiber protect against Postmenopausal Breast Cancer. It also protect against Macular Degeneration.


Allah SWT says in Qur’an:
“I swear by the fig and the olive” [Surah At-Tīn (the fig)]

Honey and its benefits

Best remedy for diarrhea when mixed in hot water. It is used for creating appetite, strengthening the stomach, eliminating phlegm; as a meat preservative, hair conditioner, eye soother and mouthwash. It is extremely beneficial in the morning in warm water.
“Honey is a remedy for every illness and the Qur’an is a remedy for all illness of the mind, therefore I recommend to you remedies, the Qur’an and honey” [Bukhari]

Olives and its benefits


Olive oil is an excellent treatment for the skin and hair, and it delays old age.Green olives are the most nourishing, and counteract auto intoxication. Black olives cause the spleen to overproduce bile and are hard on the stomach. Olive leaves can be chewed as treatment for inflammation of the stomach, skin ulcerations, and eruptions of herpes and hives.
Allah has said of the olive tree: “And a tree that grows out of Mount Sinai which produces oil and a condiment for those who eat. For olive oil is the supreme seasoning.” Allah has also called it the Blessed Tree [Qur’an 24:35]

Almonds
